Q1: I don’t know how to get it work
Answer: When batteries are installed the glove, Press ON/OFF button first time, and the heat setting to high (3 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button a second time to reduce the heat setting to Medium (2 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button a third time to reduce the heat setting to low (1 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button of fourth time to turn the glove heat system off (all light bars will shut off)

Q2: Can i machine wash the gloves?
Answer: We do not recommend you use machine wash, machine wash will damage the inside heated element. Spot clean gloves by hand using only mild detergent.

Q3: Gloves only heat for about 30 minutes then went off when I first use it?
Answer: Most of batteries won’t come in fully charged status so that’s why you need to recharge them for at least 4 hours when you receive it.

Q4: Does it work under the subzero area?
Answer: Yes, it does. Enjoy extra warmth on your hands no matter what you're doing outside.

Q5: Are they waterproof?
Answer: Used them in snow, but my hands have not gotten wet.

Q6: Will the electronic components get ruined in the rain? Also how well are these heated gloves at covering the end of your sleeves to block the cold out of them?
Answer: The electronic components are protected in a zippered pouch. The gloves come up high enough for me to cover the end of my sleeves so they do a good job keeping the cold out.

Paid for express shipping but still a long time to arrive. Once they did arrive there was no charger. With the charge that is in the batteries they barely work at all. I've emailed a couple times and haven't gotten a response.

Best winter riding gloves I have owned. I have ridden down to 31f at highway speeds. I ordered a Large, which is what I normally wear and they were a little snug for a few days, but broke in nicely. They do work with touchscreens, which is handy as I use my phone to open my garage door. The wiper built into the glove is a nice feature and gets used often. overall I am happy with my purchase.

I am not sure of the level of protection these gloves offer for moto riding, but they are excellent for those cold rides and even walking the dog. The batteries seem to last about 3 hours if you only use the highest setting to warm up and then the lower settings to maintain temps. The fingers are pre-curved for better control and less pulling.

I dont have a bike, got this for Arthritis pain. Love it. Battery life is good. The only concern is that it is tighter than I expected, which is not manufacturers fault ( I overlooked the sizing part). I am woman with not heavy hands, Large ( which i assumed will be on the looser end) is very fitted. So maybe order 2 size larger than your actual. Overall, very good product, with excellent quality.Will buy it again for my mother in winters.

I'm 6', 200lbs., and I probably wear a Large or maybe XL in gloves - these 2XL fit me perfectly. (So buy big!) These babies are sweet. I've used them in 20f weather, including during rain and snow, and so far, so good! They also served me very nicely when snowboarding. (Even without the batteries - I forgot them on my first trip - they are quite warm!)

Got these gloves like two months ago and so far so good. Immediately followed the included battery charging instructions and tried em on. Indoors they will get uncomfortably warm, and I rode with them once with the temps at 30 degrees Fahrenheit and a light rain and my hands were fine after the couple miles to my house. They seem sturdy enough, and they're a winter glove so expect them to be bulky. I ordered my normal size and the fingers are just slightly longer than I'd like, but no biggie.

So far so good. They just barely fit well. But they do fit. My hand measured 9 inches, and I ordered the size range where 9 was the peak. Took them out on the Harley today in 45 degrees. Kept them on the lowest setting, and for the 30-40 minutes I was out, my fingers didn't start to get cold. I love the wiper blades on the index fingers and the over all look and appeal. I also like the dual cable charging system for the batteries to charge at the same time, the ease of removing batteries, and the indicator light when charge is full. They are made for riding. Will definitely be able to ride more in the winter months without my fingers hurting for the cold. ...a very happy purchase. I kind of feel like Darth Vadar because of the red light heat level indicators and the fact that are powered. My only critique is they are almost too small and that the nuckle shield is very small compared to the actual contour of my own nuckles. Over all, these are a great choice and I don't regret spending my Christmas $ on them at all.
